Certification
Certification in IT business is presently a must-have proof of quality. This is why pCloud underwent the required procedures to prove the quality of its Quality Management and Data Management Systems.
ISO 9001:2015 - Quality Management Systems (QMS)
ISO 9001 sets out the criteria for a quality management system within an enterprise, that is based on a number of quality control principles. This certification helps ensure that customers get consistent, high-quality products and services, thus increasing customer satisfaction and experience. pCloud's quality management systems are validated by an independent third-party certification authority, the aim being to provide a solid scalable framework for managing the business.
The QMS refers to key areas within an organization, including the product development processes and the very units that create a product, such as Product Management, Project Management, Development, QA; departments that run a company, such as Company Management, HR, Health & Safety, Corporate Control, and Supervision; as well as client-related units, such as Sales, Marketing, Service Delivery, Support, and Maintenance. By managing these areas using a prescriptive framework like ISO 9001 pCloud is able to manage and control the efficiency of its operation, creating a proactive repeatable set of processes that allow safe high-quality services to be provided consistently and quickly.
The pCloud Quality Management System is centrally managed in Switzerland by the parent company.

pCloud Review: Verdict
pCloud is undoubtedly one of the best cloud storage services, it is based in Switzerland, it's been around since 2013, it provides extremely strong privacy and safety measures, and it offers one of the best pricing options with lifetime plans.
The major downside to pCloud is the fact that if authorities were to request access to your files, pCloud would grant it, there would obviously have to be a strong basis for pCloud to grant access, nonetheless, this is a major flaw in its privacy features, who knows who'll be ahead of authorities in the future and what reason they'd claim as reasonable to access someone's private files.
That being said, pCloud is based in Switzerland, a country that is known for its strong privacy laws, defense of freedom, and neutrality in international matters.
Another downside is the fact that you need to pay an extra fee if you'd like to get access to pCloud Crypto and Extended File History, even so, the lifetime plans are still an amazing deal.
